      We are looking for a Sales Coordinator & SDR (Sales Development Representative) for Webiscope activity at Innocom.

      Job description

      As the Sales Development Representative & SDR, you will be responsible for day-to-day processes within Sales Operations along with playing an integral part of optimizing our CRM system with heavy emphasis on data integrity.In this position, you will work closely with Sales & Technology leaders to serve as a point of contact in developing and optimizing our current Sales processes.

      I this role you will be responsible for:

      • Lead Generation, market research – identify potential growing companies in the Israeli market
      • Profile potential prospects, research and strategize an approach to create interest
      • Run personalized email sequences in order to spread the word of Webiscope
      • Research and identify potential clients, interact with them through direct phone calls and emails and initiate the sales process
      • Build a prospect database
      • Closely collaborate with Sales team to ensure alignment of our strategy
      • Heavy Database reconciliation between systems (Billing, CRM, MailChimp)
      • Provide operational support to the Sales team.
      •  Identifying trends and new opportunities of the existing clients.
      • Pre & after-sales support. i.e. Issuing quotes and invoices to clients. Collect relevant documents from the clients and upload to CRM for the underwriting process. Analyze and follow client’s account activity and consumption and create monitoring alerts.
      • Ensure consistent input of information in the CRM and develop reporting routines.
      • Manage ongoing office operations, including day-to-day tasks.

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
      • Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
      • Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills
      • Curiosity and enthusiasm
      • Excellent relationship building and people skills together with the ability to work well independently. experience in operational / service-oriented roles
      • Fluent in English and Hebrew (writing and speaking)
      • Basic knowledge in Excel
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
