    Technical Solutions Engineer – Observability and AIOps

We partner with industry-leading platforms such as NewRelic, PagerDuty, and StrongDM, while also helping our clients launch open Observability platforms using Grafana, Prometheus, Tempo, and Loki.     Job Overview:
    We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Petach Tikva. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT systems who is eager to enhance their skills in Observability and AIOps tools. You will work closely with customers and the CTO, supporting technical deployments, installations, training, and troubleshooting in a sales-aware environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deployment & Installation: Lead and assist in deploying and configuring Observability and AIOps solutions (e.g., NewRelic, Grafana, Prometheus) for customers.
    • Customer Training: Conduct technical training sessions to enable customers to maximize the value of deployed solutions.
    • Technical Support: Provide responsive technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and offer creative solutions.
    • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of technical processes, configurations, and customer interactions.
    • Sales Collaboration: Work alongside the CTO and sales team to align technical solutions with customer needs during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
    • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Observability tools and technologies to bring best practices and innovations to customer engagements.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
    • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, such as IT support, system administration, or DevOps.
    • Exposure to Observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Basic to intermediate understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with Linux environments, cloud platforms, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is an advantage.
    • Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and relationships.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and a desire to grow professionally.

    We are looking for a Sales Coordinator & SDR (Sales Development Representative) for Webiscope activity at Innocom.

    Job description

    As the Sales Development Representative & SDR, you will be responsible for day-to-day processes within Sales Operations along with playing an integral part of optimizing our CRM system with heavy emphasis on data integrity.In this position, you will work closely with Sales & Technology leaders to serve as a point of contact in developing and optimizing our current Sales processes.

    I this role you will be responsible for:

    • Lead Generation, market research – identify potential growing companies in the Israeli market
    • Profile potential prospects, research and strategize an approach to create interest
    • Run personalized email sequences in order to spread the word of Webiscope
    • Research and identify potential clients, interact with them through direct phone calls and emails and initiate the sales process
    • Build a prospect database
    • Closely collaborate with Sales team to ensure alignment of our strategy
    • Heavy Database reconciliation between systems (Billing, CRM, MailChimp)
    • Provide operational support to the Sales team.
    •  Identifying trends and new opportunities of the existing clients.
    • Pre & after-sales support. i.e. Issuing quotes and invoices to clients. Collect relevant documents from the clients and upload to CRM for the underwriting process. Analyze and follow client’s account activity and consumption and create monitoring alerts.
    • Ensure consistent input of information in the CRM and develop reporting routines.
    • Manage ongoing office operations, including day-to-day tasks.
