Citrix Sales Engineer- Virtualization and Digital Workspace

Innocom is looking for a Citrix Sales Engineer with wide knowledge in Virtualization and Digital Workspace to join our local Citrix team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs in-depth and technical presentations for customers, partners, events
- Manage and coordinate all technical requirements in the Sales process
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Driving POCs and technology evaluations with prospects
- Instruct official Citrix Courses and Workshops
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure world (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft)
- Knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory,CA, Kerberos, DNS and IIS)
- Ability to optimize Group Policy Objects and User Profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect.
- Strong customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
- Effective technical presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in both technical and business English
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new products and updates
- Team Player and High level of customer service skills
- Security clearance – an advantage
- Hands on and troubleshooting Skills
