      Citrix Solutions Engineer for NetScaler

      Innocom is exclusively managing Citrix business operations in the Israeli market as an extended team of the vendor

      We are seeking for a Citrix Solutions Engineer specializing in NetScaler to join our leading team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetScaler and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing NetScaler solutions for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design comprehensive NetScaler solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
      • Lead the deployment and configuration of NetScaler environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
      •  Provide deep technical knowledge of Citrix NetScaler, including setup, configuration, and management.
      •  Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and technical recommendations to maximize the value of NetScaler investments.
      • Manage NetScaler projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and timeline.
      •  Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to NetScaler environments, collaborating with support and engineering teams
      •  Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution architectures, implementation guides, and best practices.
      • Keep up-to-date with the latest NetScaler technologies and industry trends, and integrate this knowledge into solution designs and recommendations.

      Qualifications:

      •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Application Delivery Controller (ADC).
      •  Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies.
      •  Citrix certifications such as CCP-N, CCE-N are highly desirable.
      •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
      •  Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
      •  Proven experience managing projects and delivering results within scope and time.
      •  Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
